Indochina pan-fried egg with toppings
When we are in a rush in the morning it will affect our breakfast. Eating
breakfast in the morning is important. If we are give a bit time, looking
some ingredient that we have in refrigerator we won’t miss our breakfast.
The meal at breakfast should be simple, should keep you full longer, and
should be high energy but low calories. The author would like to share
this recipe for you to try when you want to taste a new meal.
Ingredients:
Egg 6 eggs
Minced pork ¼ measuring cup
Fermented pork sausage (fried & sliced) ¼ measuring cup
Ham (sliced into strip) ¼ measuring cup
Sausage (sliced) 3 pieces
Chinese sweet sausage (fried & sliced) ¼ measuring cup
Salted butter 3 tablespoons
Spring onion (sliced)
Cooking oil
Grilled toasts
Pepper powder, ketchup, seasoning sauce
Instructions:
Remark:
- Put frying pan on medium-low heat. Add salted butter and cooking oil into frying pan until almost smoking. Add minced port stir until cooked. Season if you like, and set aside.
- Put another pan on medium-low heat. Add 1 tablespoon salted butter into the pan. Crack the eggs and put them in the pan. Spread the egg around the pan and wait until the egg whites are getting set.
- Add stir-fried minced pork, fermented pork sausage, Chinese sweet sausage and sausage. Use a spoon to press the mixtures a bit into the egg whites. Cover with the lid for 2-3 minutes or until the yolks are cooked.
- Sprinkle with ham, spring onion and pepper powder. Serve with grilled toasts and seasonings of your choice.
Remark:
If the pan is small you can reduce egg quantities to match the pan size.
