When Christ mas comes, many grocery stores always offer sales promotion on turkeys to create satisfied customers.  This is a good way for us to prepare the Christmas dinner menu and we can try to cook with different ingredients to make our Christmas dinner special for our family. With Christ mas coming soon each house will be looking for a special menu for a special day.   Certainly, one thing every house must have and cook is a special turkey dish.  The author is the same, always looking for new recipe, even if the main ingredient is still the same.  But trying to change ingredients and create new tastes for author’s family members to enjoy with new menu.  This Christmas author would like to present roast turkey with oranges, because after testing it, it’s delicious with a bit of sour from the oranges and spice from the pepper.  It’s also not greasy.
