The tenderloin is one of the parts of beef that is very tasty when cooked.  The author likes to cook food with tenderloin.  When you go shopping at the grocery store and you find a good one, you should buy it.  Here’s one menu item that is very easy to cook and delicious, because the ingredients are a mix of meat and vegetable.  It is also easy to eat, not oily and there’s a good aroma from the spices.
